Updated review. Sid Dillon has addressed the issue short time after this post and flushed the transmission. Between Sid Dillon flushing the transmission and then myself before they did it, it does run better. Need a few more miles to verify the fix. They got my vehicle in and gave me a day loaner since I live out of town. Purchased a Certified Cadillac XT6 2 years ago. Had many problems from the start. Purchased a Certified Cadillac XT6 2 years ago. Had many problems from the start. Heads up display was not working, air bubbles in the dash, parking sensors were too sensitive, transmission shifted sluggish or to aggressive at times and have a a high pitch humming noise when temp falls below the 10 degrees or so. Sid Dillon charged me to repair sensor. Said it was damaged by car wash, even though I said something to the salesman, a day after I purchased the vehicle. Overall we had a pretty good experience with our sales person and the dealership. I found the perfect vehicle I wanted online and put in a contact for them to reach out. They reached out the next morning and I was on my way there on New Year's Eve to check it out. PS This is a busy day to purchase a vehicle. They got me with a few different reps to make sure I was taken care of. They did a great job of getting us into the vehicle and then getting the financing right where I was comfortable.
