Very frustrating one-way interactions with salesperson. Tried three times to get a return call. Never did get that call. Rather than let this individual continue to "ghost" me, I just gave up and went to a different dealer. Needless to say, Sid Dillion lost my current and future business, but also my recommendation to family and friends as well.
This past Saturday we purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Sid Dillon! We are from out of state so most of our deal was worked over the phone. By the time we arrived the deal was pretty much already done unless there would’ve been an unknown surprise about the vehicle. I just bought a 2026 GMC Canyon Denali. I traded 2018 GMC Canyon Denali was was offered a great price. Jose was a fantastic salesman answering all my concerns and went out of his way in making sure that I was happy with the vehicle. I was sent home with a car that needed an expensive repair after being told that before we could take it home it would be checked out by their shop and have a 172 point inspection done. My fiancé and I went on Saturday 8/16 to look at a 2018 jeep wrangler. We looked at it and test drove it and it seemed to be in good condition so we decided to get it. We were told we could not take it home that day as it had not yet been inspected. We came back the following Wednesday 8/20 to pick it up. I didn’t even get it half way home an... read more
