Great customer experience! Eric Watson is our salesman and we have purchased several vehicles from him. He pays attention to what we are asking for and what our needs are in the vehicle and makes sure they are in the vehicle we are looking at! I live less than 4 miles from a GMC dealership in Columbus, but choose to drive 40 miles to Sid Dillon in Fremont because of how I am treated and the deals they make!
Everyone involved was very polite and informative about what was happening with my truck. When I left my truck was in great condition.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your team. Jeff and Cameron made the entire process remarkably efficient and seamless. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you for ensuring our GMC was ready upon our arrival. I will highly recommend your business to others.
We came in just looking, trying to decide what I wanted for my next vehicle, since we lease, no plans or expectations of leaving with something new as I still had several months on my lease. Turns out it was definitely one of our better experiences in car shopping/purchases. Our salesman was Blane Hohn. Wonderful young man!! Made the experience and time pass, waiting for paperwork, enjoyable! Overall, would recommend this dealership to others in a heartbeat. Thanks! ☺️
I have been with Sid Dillon for many years. Matt is the best. He is all around a great guy. He cares about his customers and always follows up after a purchase. He is one of a kind of guy.
