Will NEVER purchase a GMC vehicle again in my LIFE - Canceling OnStar is a mess, they want to upsell, keep your Credit card number, horang you into making a monthly payment no matter what the avenue of pursuit. Bought a new 2025 GMC 3500 and this is what happens ? Very sad, should be a negative 40 starts from a review standpoint. Onstar rep was rude, dismissive and could care less about your dealership. Exelente atencion y muy buen servicio
Very frustrating one-way interactions with salesperson. Tried three times to get a return call. Never did get that call. Rather than let this individual continue to "ghost" me, I just gave up and went to a different dealer. Needless to say, Sid Dillion lost my current and future business, but also my recommendation to family and friends as well.
This past Saturday we purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Sid Dillon! We are from out of state so most of our deal was worked over the phone. By the time we arrived the deal was pretty much already done unless there would’ve been an unknown surprise about the vehicle.
