Finding Mr. Sico through the referral by a friend has been a blessing. We had been putting off renovations for years due to past bad experiences with other contractors. Lou has now done several projects with excellent quality and prompt service. He is a true craftsman, doing every phase of the project. We would recommend his company to do any project.
Lou is amazing! He has been my go to guy for years at this point and has performed items in my house ranging from electrical to plumbing to changing ceiling fans. This latest job was a remodel of a very outdated bathroom (check out the pictures!). Lou patiently took the time to discuss the remodel process, his thoughts on what would look great within the price range I was trying to achieve, and what all I needed to supply for the job ahead of time. Five years ago Lou did a complete remodeling of both our bathrooms and he did a fantastic job installing a new tub and two sinks as well as re-tiling our bath and showers. My wife and I are extremely pleased with his work. Five years later, the bathrooms still look great. He also installed an exhaust fan in our kitchen.He works hard, is easy to deal with, and his rates are very reasonable.
