Phil was awesome! He was very informative and really listened to what I wanted. He went above and beyond to find the brand of bike o was interested in. I will definitely be back!
We purchased four bikes from Zac and he was great. But we seem to have many problems with the service part. We order parts, never hear back, take in to get fixed go to pick up after two weeks and never even started. Very disappointed! Wonder what is going on, so before buying from them again check out the service department.

I bought my first road bike here and loved the experience. Phil was super-knowledgeable but wasn't pushy or condescending. But even more impressive than the sale was the fitting--a very thorough and informative experience. I just finished my first duathalon and never would have had the gear and confidence to do this without the help from the folks at Sicklers.
Bought a Cannondale trail 5 off Cindy at the Clark summit store. Great bike. Light and fast. 50 miles so far. Only another 950 miles to reach my season goal.
