Took my sons e bike there to get a tire and tube put on. We brought the tire ourselves but they had to get the tube. It took a month and a half. Than they tightened the bolts so tight it stripped the threads on the back bolts. I wouldn’t recommend this dive to anyone. Take it somewhere that your money and business is appreciated.
On a cross country charity bind ride, my bike developed noise. I had to stop that days ride. Through an online search and speaking to specialized, I found this shop. Phil and Tom worked diligently and found the answer. So thankful that they were able to drop what they're doing and help me out. I highly recommend this shop and both of these guys..
Just walking into the shop is already a great experience—the entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
