My twins Saharia and Sariyah were diagnosed with sickle cell disease at 1 month. Last year on September 25 and I was clueless to this disease. What organizations can I join to help spread the word.

Thank-you for all that you have done and will continue to do in this area. I'm living with the disease and face challenges with the disease both mental and physical the entire time. Being aware of it is half the battle.
