Dr. Sickinger is GREAT! Calm, patient and most importantly, on time!!
The office staff is completely unprofessional and don't care about people's procedures. I have a procedure scheduled for the April 5 and did blood work the 4th five minutes before office closed they call me to tell me it was canceled because insurance denied it. I called insurance and it was never sent over. I attempted to fix this issue but because of office being closed and they never sending authorization they canceled my procedure. Dr Sickenger is an ok doctor. His bed side manner and communication are horrid. If it was not for Michelle and Jim his MAs we would've changed doctors. He is rude and doesn't give details. ASK QUESTIONS!
Doctor Sickinger was my cardiac care physician and is extremely thorough in his diagnoses with a communicative and friendly nature, but unfortunately Dr. Sickinger has retired and moved.
