OMG, this was the best pizza I have had in a long time. I had the eggplant & pesto pie. The eggplant was cooked so well that it remained crunchy after the pie was cooked. (Something that usually doesn’t happen.)The sauce had an authentic Italian taste. I felt transported back to Italy. It was the first time in over 67 years that I didn’t have to top my pizza with any spices. This will now be my go to pizza shop in Park Slope.
Fantastic. Grabbed a few slices on a weekday and they were superb. Customer service was equally impressive.
SO MANY FLIES -- all over the pizza behind the counter, on their tables, it's very concerning. I get that with this heat, they need to keep the door open but I will NEVER be stepping back into this place. Flies were everywhere and there is no doubt they were also coming in from the exposed garbage bins that were right near their door. There is a serious health risk eating here unfortunately and hope management resolves this asap.
