Despite the bad reviews, this place is great. Ordered over the phone and had food in less than an hour! Free delivery, and the driver was very nice & polite! Would recommend!
Came here for vacation ordered a Xl pizza half cheese With extra cheese and also half chicken bacon ranch. The pizza took an hour to get. Once it got here it had no pizza sauce on it and no extra cheese. We called the store to let them know that the order was wrong and she tried to say that it didn’t get any sauce. But even if they didn’t put it on the pizza they could have put it on the side in a cup. She argued with us and said she didn’t give “a flying fuck” and hung up on us. Ordered pizza at 10 PM, it never showed up. We even called and they told us 10 minutes. Never showed. Worst service ever. If you want pizza, better settle for a Tombstone or go somewhere else folks.
We ordered 2 calzones and 2 pastas and were told it was an hour for delivery. At 1.25 hours, called and we were told that it would just be a couple of minutes. At 2 hours, we called and were told to meet the driver in the lobby. And then the calzones were made with cream cheese and most of our orders were cold. We are NOT impressed.
We are in town for vacation with family. We received the card under the door and decided to try it out. And it was the best decision we've made. The food was delicious. They delivered even and in the middle of a storm. We thought we had too much food.......We ate it ALL....... The young lady that took my order was extra awesome as well. From someone who works in customer service. Thanks for the excellent customer service skills, excellent food and exceptional delivery.
Placed order at 5:30pm (3 large pies) was tol 45 to hour and nothing by 7pm so I call and was told 15 min and needless to say I didn't eat till almost 8pm almost a 3 hour wait for mediocre pizza....just save yourself the trouble and order pappa johns
This place should close down!! Shit place to eat. Food was horrible. Never again will our family eat here!! By the way our family had diarrhea!! 😡
Worst place ever!!! My husband ordered a philly with no onion, mushroom (hes allergic) and after waiting almost am hour for it to get here, THERE'S MUSHROOMS ON IT! Okay whatever, called to tell them hoping they'd fix their mistake and the OWNER was yelling at us over the phone telling us that's not what he ordered & they did nothing wrong & not wanting to give a refund and offered another sub for half price. Shitty shitty shitty place.
