This is a great shop. Veronica is so friendly and helpful. They got me in the next day for a quick fix and Eric pulled out a dent for me. Milo is a great shop dog. Check this business out, it's a gem.

I’m never going to one of the big auto body shops again where I was just a claim number. Western Auto Body (the one on Condo Court in Santa Rosa) was recommended by a friend, and I had the best experience with personalized service and excellent communication from Mike, the owner, and Veronica who runs the front desk. And my truck looks good as new. Highly recommend.
