Don't waste your time or money at Sicard RV. Go elsewhere to buy and/or service your RV/Trailer. All they are after is a sale and money, then they leave you high and dry when you have issues with your unit....even on brand new ones. Their service department is the worst I have ever experienced. No one is on the same page and they make promises they don't keep or fulfill. You are lucky if a phone call or email is even returned. They blame the manufacturers for everything. I do not recommend Sicard. There service is horrible
My wife and I purchased a used HR Vacationer in mid April of 2021. Shortly after taking it home, following a rain storm, we discovered a major leak in the driver's side slide out. We called our sales person, informed him of the problem and within a few hours we received a call from Jon Kendrick a Service Advisor at Sicards. He indicated that a leak is a problem and that Sicards would juggle their service appointments to get our rig in right away. I we are the owners our first RV 2021 Wonder .We had same small problems, which actually was expected as we are heard from experienced RV users. But……… what I like to say about a service,service people a very friendly,I was dealing with Liz and Julia, they try to help me to solve the problem over the phone,they try very hard , but on the end …. we have to leave our RV in Sicard dealership. terrible customer service !!!!!!! They put vehicles on line that, without pictures or any information, looks like a scam They promise and they don't keep their word. They don't respond to phone calls and emails as promised.
Worse Service ever. We bought a camper van less than a year ago. We took it back because the lithium batteries needed replacement. It took them more than a month to get back to me with the type of batteries. It was only one type and it took them forever to find that out. Next, they quoted the wrong price for them. They said they quote me the refurbished ones. In all that on-going painful journey, to this day, they have the worse service department.
