Hi and hello everyone, just to share my wonderful experience with this Sicamous Auto Repair. We are newly relocated here in Sicamous, BC just a week ago coming from Gatineau, Quebec. I am searching in google for a "Designated Inspection Facility" which i can bring my vehicle to obtain a "Mechanical Inspection Report" as part of the requirements in order for me to exchange my Quebec License Plate to BC License Plate. Had a check engine light come on while driving to Calgary. Called these guys and they saw me right away. Diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road quick. Would definitely go back!
On Sunday I rolled into Sicamouse with a serious mechanical problem with my truck. I spoke with Val first thing Monday morning about my problem and he got on it right away. I fully expected to spend the day and another night in town, but 3 hours later I got a phone call that I was back on the road again!!! This is the most impressive service I have ever had. We were just passing through when we ran into trouble with our truck, we pulled in without an appointment and they were glad to help. Val had our check engine light diagnosed and repaired that same day, he even had the necessary parts in stock. We made it to Calgary that night and the truck hasn’t missed a beat since. The service we received was prompt and incredibly professional, the bill was more than fair too. Sicamous Auto Repair is an absolute gem of a shop, they saved the day, and our vacation!
