We brought our truck to these guys while on holidays because we were concerned about a few things! They took the truck and investigated it and did a thorough check for us. Gave us a few things to fix when we got back home but gave us the peice of mind that we wouldn't be stranded while on our trip! Would highly recommend these guys for their knowledge and quick customer service. Would definitely bring back our truck if we were in the area to get repaired!
We were driving from Alberta to Vancouver when a rock hit our driver’s side window and it shattered. We called Canmore and Sicamous. Canmore said they closed at 6pm and were not helpful nor accommodating. Val from Sicamous Auto told us he would order the glass and have it in by the next morning and would squeeze us in. He had the truck in as soon as the glass arrived at noon the next day. Truck window was fixed and we were back on the road by 2pm. Excellent work!
Fixed a leaking tire for us while passing through... no notice... very helpful and friendly... would definitely support these guys...

I had an appointment booked in for 2-3 weeks in advance. Spoke to a guy when I called to book and he acknowledged I was driving from Revelstoke and told me to bring it in a couple weeks later on a specific date, at a specific time. I had it booked it in for all 4 pad and rotor change. I gave my VIN number when I phoned up to book. About 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, over the phone, the same guy that I booked with told me that he didn't have the rotors in.
