Completely disrespectful company. The jobsite is disgusting. Garbage all over, blowing around the whole neighborhood. They've been starting well before noise ordinance laws, turning on generators and running saws up to an hour before. I've been in blue collar half my life and I'd be embarrassed if my team worked like this. The foreman rarely gets out of his truck and its definitely not to run the jobsite.
April 2021 I requested information from SICA Modular Homes and received the most PROFESSIONAL Email EVER! The Email had ALL of the information that I needed to make an informed pitch to my family regarding the purchase of our Modular Home. If anyone is interested in a Modular Home Builder I would go with SICA! I believe that the whole process will be as GREAT as the Email that I received explaining the process to me. Thank you again! All the best always.
