Ryan and his team are the best. Excellent equipment, fair pricing and top shelf customer service. My son and I have rented here multiple times and we highly recommend Sic Riderz if you’re planning a mountain sledding experience in and around Sicamous !!
A friend recommended these guys to me so I figured I'll give em a shot. I had an expensive wreck on one of their sleds and had it dropped off at their shop late afternoon that day. They gave me some discount pricing on some of the parts and had it ready for me first thing the following morning so I could enjoy the rest of my time on the mountain.
I would like to thank Ryan and the entire team at Sic Riderz for allowing us to experience an exceptional ski-doo trip. We were treated like royalty, your impeccable service and your good humor made all the difference in our trip. You were able to take care of us with the transportation, the rental of ski-doo and equipment, the guidance as well as our accommodation. Had the privilege too stay at Ryan’s place and can honestly say best customer service I’ve ever had. When my sled and trailer broke down he went above and beyond to help us out, got us a spare trailer and a rental sled to get us through the rest of trip and when we were having troubles getting trailer fixed in time he willingly stored our sleds and helped with lining up a shop to fix trailer until we could get back out to sicamous and grab the sleds and trailer. Excellent customer service! The staff here is very knowledgable about the machines, equipment and the local sledding zones. They go above and beyond for their guests! Highly recommend!
