We made an appointment with SIC Marking and gave them all the details of my machine including model number and SIN. We set up an account with them and once the paperwork was completed, we were on our way to Boucherville for our appointment to repair. After we got there, we were told that that my dot peen marking machine was discontinued and not repairable.
