Extremely poor customer service, called as a new patient was asked a question that I couldn’t provide due to being homeless. Called back 4mins later to ask what was the next available appointment for a new patient and was asked what was my insurance to know if I covered, I sighed, then was asked if everything okay?, I stated excuse me… if it wasn't could you come help? Front Desk 2..Black lady and the Spanish lady..No Customer Service A real let down to people sick, to Northside Hospital or just people that need a little help checking in...the Same when you call...I am very disappointed in this office...Dr. Duncan is always Great..she listens and has knowledge of what you are concerned about. ...The person checking out is rude also....the front of the office and the back of the always in conflict....who gives out the rules??? Who is the office manager??? This is about HEALTH
