I had a very poor and frustrating experience with this company due to its lack of communication and lack of information on their website. No one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails and they only speak to you via email. I reside in the US and it DOES NOT mention anything about return shipping costs on their website. I paid $142 in shipping costs FOR EACH TEST, SO TWICE ($284 total) to express ship them back to Canada to ensure they got there within the 2 week time frame to remain viable. I use this Lab for SIBO testing with my Canadian clients and the results are consistent and reliable. Very responsive laboratory.
Have been using them and theyre great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, helpful and quick to reply and answer any questions that you have. If youve had SIBO we all know how frustrating, annoying, scary and uncertain it cant be, plus adding in being miserable from being so sick all the time, the mental health side of SIBO is also very challenging.
