The staff here are really helpful! I had a tiny door handle part that needed painting for my car and the team here did it really fast and even helped me with a faulty tyre valve! Highly recommend for outstanding customer service. Many thanks to the team!
After having my car for 9 weeks, I’m up to the third said completion date. Can’t comment on actual repairs as I don’t have my car back to inspect, but after that amount of time I expect the repairs to be perfect. I have had to do all the calling/emailing to check on car status. Their communication could be better.
I recently took my van to be repaired after hitting a kangaroo. Sibi’s were very quick to complete the necessary paperwork for the insurance company. Once approved - they quickly ordered the necessary parts and booked in my van ASAP. Loved how professional they were and the repair works look great. I’m super happy. I had two headlights, and some panels and a grill replaced. Thanks team. I highly recommend them if you need a repair.
