Waited and waited and waited at the Leander Bluegrass festival. Ordered "loaded nachos" for $15 bucks, got chips with canned cheese, a spoonful of pulled pork and soggy gross canned jalapeños. Sausage wrap was cold, and the hot dog buns were soggy like they sat in a puddle of water.
Bought the loaded nachos and it was sweet pulled pork over nacho cheese and chips. Separately those are great. Combined that was disgusting.
Tried them last night at the Thirsty Penguin and so happy they were there. My kiddos are picky eaters so I was relieved to see that they had nachos, chicken tenders, and sausage wraps. My kids enjoyed their food, however $12 for plain nachos seems a little overpriced for chips and cheese.
Waited in line for over two hours at Liberty Fest only to find out half the food was gone. Didn’t communicate with any of the line. The line was not more than 40 people and took way too long. Food and service was very disappointing.
Terrible. At an outdoor vending event it took 5 different people about 15 minutes to manage to get 3 different food items that I ordered. Total cluster of disorganization. Then the food was cold and all around disappointing. The ribs of their namesake were served nearly cold, very tough (probably boiled) and not very flavorful. But mostly the extremely poor customer service drove me to leave a review rather than just forget about it.
