This is the worst doctor's clinic ever. I am blood pressure patient who needed a prescription refill but insurance made a mistake and changed my pcp. Even after the insurance changed it back to Sibi Mathew effective today. She still refuses to fill prescription just because she said her name is not mentioned as my pcp on insurance. I found out about this on Friday and today on Monday it's been fixed. Bed side manners are a must for me Dr. sibi and her staff are all very accommodating i can say since meeting her at the buselton office my health has gotten better they are so kind to me and my husband I can say they came a long way the walk ins are so helpful for us and I think anyone who is looking for help they are ready for you in every way they can if they can't help you or you feel offended im sorry it didn't work out but I am greatly appreciative of the encouragement and the relating stories they have to share and hav... read more
