Siberton Fence Sales was established in 1969 by Gene and Kathy Proctor. They started out small with only a pickup truck to work from. Gene Proctor passed away in 1998 due to medical conditions but the determination and love of the company by Kathy Proctor kept our company going and we continued to grow. Kathy Proctor is now retired and has passed our company down to her son Gene Paul Proctor.
