I’m so disappointed with Crystal Run/Otum as I’ve never in my had a Dr. walk out of the office on me and then send her nurse in which was probably older than her and told me to go to my pharmacy that my meds would be there 😳that’s another story took her two days to send my narcotics and only gave me enough for 2 1/2 days I ended up I. I don't know if she's a moron, incapable of processing basic information, has a prejudice against overweight &/or disabled people, anti benzodiazepine, can't write scripts for that level of drugs, isn't getting info relayed to her properly from her nurse, lazy or some combination of some or all of the above... I was a patient of Dr. Doti's, who left CR the end of summer 2024. He recommend Dr. Dros to take over for him. Horrible physician. I had symptoms after an appointment and could not get in touch with the doctor for nearly a week. She ignored both calls and emails. When she finally called me back she told me the symptoms COULD BE LIFE-THREATENING and recommended going to the ER!!! She had me wait nearly a week to tell me I could die!!!
