店铺需要重新装修，首先店铺的位置就风水不好，目前的布局会让人很不安，柜台和灯光的配色也像是50年前的感觉，而且气氛实在太诡异了，员工都是大眼瞪小眼。
Upon entering the store, I was met with an unsettling atmosphere as three sales associates remained silent and stared at me without initiating any interaction. Despite being the only customer present, I had to take the initiative to greet them, making my experience rather uncomfortable.
Walked in to purchase an Omega, Randy was extremely friendly and professional. No complaints with the service!

Changing my review to no star if I could… while I remained impressed with Randy on my Nov 19th purchased…. What this store failed at is after the service and selling you the watch.. help nor a simple inquiry they will not do… I called and spoke to Jennifer regarding information on additional items of my interest.. while Randy never judged me (who originally helped me with my purchase…) Jennifer on the other hand is the pure opposite of this.. she will simply ask you to get it somewhere else and have others help me ( vs them ... read more
