We purchased a brand new washer from Siano Appliance which was defective when we received it. Mike is not a "customer-focused" salesman (brusque and talks over customers) but eager to make the sale. He is even more defensive, arrogant, and rude if you need help after purchase. We are still awaiting a resolution - we want a new washer in working order while Mike wants it repaired. If I wanted a rebuilt washer, I would have purchased that from the outset. Save yourself time and energy and take your business elsewhere!
