I like this place, but getting aggravated with selecting a therapist when making an appointment, only to end up with whomever they want. A couple of times previously I had booked with Jeannie. Once I overheard the receptionist booking her with someone else during the time she was going to be busy with me. A couple more times, Jeannie was not in the building at the time of our appointment. If I could leave less than 1* I would. I booked a 90 mins massage, when I got to table I was told by the manager she made a mistake booked me to 60 mins. Since I think it was a shorter massage I asked to only massage, no stretching or stepping on my back at all.
