I am writing this post so that the poor owner of this business is aware of what goes on in her business while she is away. Some background info: I have been going here for the last 5 years and unfortunately due to high turnover, I usually get a different massage therapist and they have all been great hence the reason why I kept coming back despite having moved away last year from this area. This place used to be great, but not anymore. My wife had a 12:00 PM appointment for a 90-minute massage, and they refused to service her because she was three minutes late. Last week, they pushed her appointment back by 20 minutes and made her wait. Today she drove 45 minutes there for nothing. I’m furious. It feels like the business has flipped from a trusted spot to something unprofessional and inconsistent. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this place.
I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage today by Linda. It was amazing. She knows what's up and is strong. Hit all the right places.
