Worst Service – I used to order from this restaurant all the time until they "didn't realize I placed an online order". From that day, I stopped ordering from there, but then recently started back because I missed the food. Long story short, the manager BEN is NO help, the delivery driver that gave me my food today had this attitude like I was ruining her day by ordering and finally, they messed up on my order. This restaurant clearly doesn't care about their patrons nor do they do anything to keep customers. It's a shame th... read more

Fast, tasty and affordable (but very cramped) – I met a friend for lunch at Siam Rice today. The food was great and the place was packed. However, I thought the place (at least during the lunch hour) is too packed. Our table for two felt more like a table of six. I could hear everything the two tables next to us were saying. The restaurant was very efficient. We both received our meals in minutes and received the check 10 minutes after we received our food. I had the Pad Thai with chicken and thought it was excellent. If you... read more

Terrible Service First off, let me just say that I have never been called a liar by a manager before...until now. A co-worker and I have been going here every Wednesday for the past year and a half, this time w/ 3 people. We sat down at a 4 top and we ordered our food. We had no idea another friend was coming, but he showed up by himself, so he came and sat with us. The hostess came over and yelled at us and said the whole party had to be there to be seated. We asked if she wanted us to move to another 4 top, which would hav... read more

Adequate Thai food that they want you to eat fast and get out in a hurry. – I used to eat here quite a bit when i worked in the loop. My staff liked it. Adequate thai but felt like a meat market in NYC. Well now I am retired. Had lunch there with my two boys today. We were seated at 11:30, finished our meal by a little after noon and in just a few minutes were asked to leave. That's right.... we were kicked out. Why? Well, because they had a line. What restaurant in the chicago loop doesn't have a line at 12:15. It's not lik... read more

Super quick, good quality and priced reasonably – If you're in a hurry for lunch but still want to sit down and be served a good meal, try this place. Today was my first time in and I was impressed. I had Spring Rolls (sweet but good) and the Thai Spaghetti (tasty, and more than enough for one). I literally had my entree before I had taken two bites of my appetizer but that was okay b/c it was lunch and I really only ordered the Spring Rolls b/c I was starving and wanted something quick while I waited. Not necessary. The pri... read more

The Loop office crowd piles into this dine-in, quick serve restaurant for reliable Thai. – In Short A revolving door ushers workers in, and fast-moving servers hustle them back out from this narrow, but deep dining room occupying the bottom floor of an office building. Absent is the Thai kitsch; instead, find floor-to-ceiling windows and tables that crowd the aisles. A straightforward curry, fried rice, noodle menu walks familiar sweet and spicy lines that are heavy on grease. Specialties include Pad Thai omelettes, steak mu... read more

Great Thai Food - Especially Curry Dishes – I love Thai food, and I especially love green curry dishes. The seating is always prompt, service is always great, and the food is always excellent. I highly recommend the spring rolls. The Chicken curry dishes are excellent. The prices are extremely reasonable. I have been here at lunch and they do a "Bang-Up" business. Dinner is also great here. Highly Recommend ...

A great place for lunch in the Loop – Service is usually brisk in Siam Rice and the food is consistently above average especially considering how reasonably priced it is. There are a lot of places that serve lunch but few that serve reasonably priced lunch items in an ambientic setting. By noon, this place is packed with lunch goers. It is also open for dinner but I have observed that they do most of their business during lunch hours.
