Lousy Mani/Pedi – This was a lousy excuse for a "spa." I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and the receptionist asked if I would like a "full arm" manicure and I gladly agreed. But the mani/pedi was extremely basic. An average nail salon at the mall is much more pampering than this "spa." The technician didn't even soak my hands in water before cutting my cuticles and they are painful now that they are fraying. Best Facial!! – Spa was amazing, very relaxing. Rachel Pearl gave me a basic facial and my skin has never looked better. She is amazing.
