I cleared my morning for an appointment, only to have it cancelled within nine hours of booking because I hadn't pre-authorised the payment. When I called SIA to get an explanation and rebook, the receptionist's communication was incredibly poor, her energy was completely indifferent, and she showed absolutely zero customer care.
