Terrible business practices! McDonald Materials is associated with this company. They are a gravel hauling company that cracked my windshield when rocks flew off their truck last Wednesday July 16th. Clifton Waters one of the representatives for SIA called me yesterday. He lacks tact and professionalism, I answered my phone while at work. This company pretends to be bigger than they are. Their customer service is terrible. I have to call 100 times just to get a voicemail and never a return call. I would not recommend this company for your insurance.
