Terrible business practices! McDonald Materials is associated with this company. They are a gravel hauling company that cracked my windshield when rocks flew off their truck last Wednesday July 16th. Clifton Waters one of the representatives for SIA called me yesterday. He lacks tact and professionalism, I answered my phone while at work. This company pretends to be bigger than they are. Their customer service is terrible. I have to call 100 times just to get a voicemail and never a return call. I would not recommend this company for your insurance.
We had a fantastic experience with SIA Group. Katie Morris is very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation and needs. She gave us plenty of options and the process was very easy. I am glad we were not pressured to make a quick decision as we experienced with other insurance providers. We saved a lot of money and I would highly recommend SIA, especially if you have teens driving 😅
