From the time I walked in, the receptionist was as good as they get and the facility was as clean as a surgical room! I did not have to wait in the waiting room long, which I love! The nurse escorted me back to where they performed the Mohs surgery! Dr Bookout was top of her profession! She talked to me before & during the whole procedure to let me know exactly what she was doing and coached me on wound care after the procedure! This was a great experience! I found the staff very helpful and nice,everything explained prior to it being done. I was not kept waiting by the doctor at all which I appreciate.
Had sugery and on way home in 1 hour. Everyone was SUPER nice and efficient. Will never have determoligy sugery anywhere else.
