I am revising my previous review based upon the non responsiveness and failure of Luis to. completed repair work he committed to completing for faulty work performed during the original scope of work. Poorly installed LVP has began to fail due to poor workmanship. Not sure what is going on with Luis but I can no longer refer his work at this time. Lous got me twice on the same job. Not to be trusted and over charges. Said that his electrian had to do some extra work. Told me that the electrian had done the work security camera showed different.
SIA Construction renovated our entire lake home and did an incredible job. Very trustworthy, professional and respectful. Luis and his team completed an extensive renovation of over 3200 sf including demolition, relocation of walls, drywall, tile, painting, millwork trim, cabinets, and flooring. We were satisfied with his work.
Be careful of this company. Lous got me twice . Not to be trusted and over charges.
Be careful of this company. Make sure you have in writing what work is to be completed. His work is subpar at best . Not very pleased.
