Thank you Sia Bridal! I took my cousins here and left with two beautiful outfits for them. A bride and groom outfit. We were treated with so much respect and kindness. Arun and his mother helped us throughout the entire process. If you're looking for high-quality pieces that give the wow factor, you have to visit Sia Bridal. We will be back in the future!

The mistakes alone are bad enough, but the rude and dismissive behavior of the staff makes it unacceptable. They refuse to take responsibility and instead make excuses while acting like the customer is at fault. Extremely frustrating experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store. They were unprofessional from start to finish, ruined multiple wedding outfits of ours, and did not provide me my wedding lengha until there was only one week left before my wedding, leaving no realistic time to make changes on the second outfit which was still made incorrectly. They repeatedly claimed they would contact the designer to resolve the issues, however, would not give me updates, I would have to repeatedly call or text them.
