Customer service on point. Both Angela and Kellie were fantastic to deal with. Angela was clear, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the whole process completely stress‑free. Kellie handled our quotes and provided shipping advice with the same professionalism — an absolute pleasure to work with. Genuine, positive service like this is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend.
Such a great experience with SI Retail! I needed a rack last minute and had to organise an Uber courier, and they made it so easy. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Katherine was fantastic to deal with — super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!
