Constant delays on their part. 2 1/2 months after the flood in my home, they had not started any repairs or restoration....except for a small area in the wall.....which had to be corrected by the new company I had hired.
Whoever is driving this CRD Restore van right now with the plate XEVV60 and decided it would be cute to scare my kids by swerving purposely toward my truck flashing your high beams on like you were going to hit me because I pulled out two inches into the street coming out of the Walmart parking lot then decided to do 3 miles an hour while driving in front of me... you should be punched in your throat!!! Shows the respect of the employee driving the company van!!!
Water restoration seemed fine. They told me they were capable of doing the rebuild and subcontracted the work out to who I can only assume to be some of their buddies. After 2-3 days of work, the trim was nailed in crooked/sloppy. Parts of the dry wall were not secured and needed to be redone since they flexed when lightly touched. Trim around the doorway had an exposed nail tail sticking out (which we saw when my 4 year old got caught on it when walking into the house).
