From Christy Brawn and Charles Nelson who coordinated the restoration (after a thorough remediation due to basement water damage), to the crew who did an impeccable job replacing the water-damaged drywall and trim followed by its repainting, color-matching the adjacent room's walls exactly. Bonnie Queen, Bob Reese and so many others at SI restoration were amazing to work with. Our dishwasher leaked and flooded our kitchen. They came out the next day to start the drying process and worked with the insurance company to get everything replaced within 3 days. They did an incredible job. They also communicated well and proactively reached out. We would use them again and also recommend them to anyone.
