Very interesting how their office staff handles customers. I’m a contractor looking for blocks for several large projects and the office gal states “the concrete companies are much cheaper than us” I personally would not like if my own office staff was promoting other companies but I am no expert. She had no idea if she had smooth face or decorative face blocks, I am just blown away by her ignorance (uninformed) about the product she is suppose to sell. This company installed our septic system pump on a brand new build home. Having issues 1 year later. They do not have 24 hour service!! Very poor customer service in regards to not returning phone calls, poor attitude and inability to realize their error. Took this company 4 days to get out to our home with a sewer alarm going off and when they did get there, they still could not figure out the issue was the pump they originally installed was too small and finally giving out.
