I have nothing but good things to say about SI Overhead Door. We needed all new doors and openers for our 2-car, polebarn garage. SI Overhead Door's bid was $300 less than Anderson's. The whole process from start to finish (coming over to take measurements, ordering and receiving the materials, and the installation) was about 20 days. The install is clean. I wish I could give this company more than 5 Stars. Over the weekend the torsion spring of the garage snapped in two pieces. We called at least ten garage door companies that were somewhat nearby, we didn't receive call backs, we were told that they didn't service our area. One company promised to call me back, when they didn't I called them for an appointment update and the lady asked me if I could find somebody else to fix my spring. Both torsion springs on our garage door broke on Monday night. I spent the morning calling around to local services, and got ahold of SI Overhead Door at 10 am Tuesday morning. April answered and helped me figure out where the problem was (I couldn’t see the springs, never had them break before). Two of their guys showed up around 12:45 pm that same Tuesday. These guys were amazing. We had a cable detach from a door literally as we were closing it at midnight to go on vacation for a week. I was able to get the door closed so that we could leave and figured I would deal with it when we returned. I had meant to call in the middle of the week and set up the work for the Monday we would be returning, but I spent too much time at the tiki bar and just never got around to it.
