First I had to reschedule when I got sent on an unexpected work trip, while on the trip after a 10am-12am 14hr shift, they called in the morning, waking me up to tell me the reschedule ironically had to be rescheduled, they list off a bunch of days that are still during my work trip, and others past my schedule, they end up suggesting I just cancel and call back when I have more openings. Was told insurance would cover my apt and sleep study then I get bills in the mail. no other doctor office has ever done that to me now I owe 1000$ in debt and had no debt before. you should be up front with your patients. On top of thst i used to use a bipap have in my medical records I'm bipap dependent but doc would not listen to me at all says oh we will try a cpap first do a review in two months. Sure charge me for a cpap then charge me for a new machine when that doesn't work. Plus more appointments I will never come b... read more

I absolutely love the saff and Dr.. I have had no proble ever and my refills and an appointment I have never had an issue with.
