Steven did a great job at inspecting issues we have been having and explaining what he was looking for and issues. His thorough explanation of job comments was excellent in what he did on his visit and also including photos (I deal with a lot of vendors and this is a rare occurrence to see.).
Steven Dee worked on an issue with my tub faucet. He was quick, efficient, professional, and transparent! He did incredible work, and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance. Thank you Steven!
Steven Dee came out from SI Mechanical to fix a 2” water main that burst causing a whole building shut down. He arrived promptly and repaired the pipe quickly with thorough explanation and he took plenty of pictures throughout the process.
Had several issues at my house that required several days of work. James and Steven came in every day and worked hard to get everything resolved. Their pricing was very competitive and (maybe most importantly to me) they were always respectful, kind, and generally nice people to be around. Would give 6 stars if I could!!! Will def be using SI in the future.
