I had stopped in their new business in Carbondale to see if they could service my Scag mower. The very polite guy working told me that they didn't have all of the equipment needed to service mowers yet but he suggested that I take it to their shop in Pinckneyville. I decided to give them a try since it was a lot closer to my house than the Scag dealer that I always use. Since my mower won't currently run, I struggled to get it on the trailer by myself.
