The installation was great. 25-year warranty. However, the company they used "Titan Solar" went out of business after 2 year. Now, the warranty is for parts only, and they want me to pay for an add-on that will cover labor. I've sent emails acouple time asking questions, and they have never answered.
garbage is too slow
Bad management!!!If you post a load everything should be ready, not wait 5+ hours to get the load together and 2 hrs loading plus 1 hrs doing the paper work!!Lazy people here
Appointment was at 7am and they got me unloaded at 5am! By 5:30 I was unloaded and going back home. Friendly guys and will be happy to deliver here again.
