They called this evening to notify my Mother and I that she will no longer have aide service through them. They agreed to a 7hr/7day a week with her insurance. Now that she was approved for 12 hour care, they aren't processing it fast enough for this agency so they are "sorry" but will not send an aide until they are given the approval for 12 hour care. Mom is bed bound and cannot use her hands at all. And they dropped her with no notice! Shame on you! They did not try and get in touch with me except to ask for the 12 hours ... read more
SIHC provided my Mom with exceptional, loving care and gave me enormous peace of mind. As Mom's physical and mental health grew more challenging the aides at SIHC gave her expert physical care, emotional comfort and dignity. Thanks to SIHC Mom could stay home safely. I would have been lost without them.

SI HomeCare came into our lives at a very stressful time. Right from the first phone call, when they assured me they could help, it was like a huge weight had been lifted. The two aides that came in to take care of my Mother were wonderful. They were so sweet and caring with her. We also worked together to make my Mom as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend SI HomeCare to care for your loved one.
