This was the worst storage experience I have had in my entire life. First I rent a unit online, get my stuff to the unit, and it takes 14 calls and 40 minutes to get an access code to find the unit I paid for is already being used another 4 phone calls to be given a smaller unit. A month goes by and the original website no longer works and we struggle to find a way to pay our bill. I go to get a few things out of my unit to find evidence of someone driving into my unit.
