I called customer support to ask about carpet cleaning and had a really frustrating experience. The person who answered was rude and hung up on me while I was speaking. When I called back and asked if she had hung up, she confidently said she did. I wasn’t being rude at all, so I’m confused as to why someone like that would be in that job if they’re not willing to help.

SI Carpeting did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They were able to remove stains and leave my carpets looking clean. The technician was professional and courteous and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
