Elysia has a lot of knowledge in sport medicine! She is very kind and has great sense of humor. She helped me with my knee and feet issues. I highly recommend seeing her and she will help figure out ways to improve your health and body issues! Such a great person. 🙂
First time in 2 years I don’t have my plantar fasciitis pain in my heel! Elysia fixes my pains and teaches me techniques to strengthen the area so the pain won’t return. I’ll be starting a weekly regimen to get in better shape. She’s knowledgeable in so many aspects of healing, overall health, and physical fitness. I highly recommend!
I have known Elysia for a couple of years now and she has been my favorite trainer I have ever had. She is so invested and does everything she can to make sure that our bodies are 100% so that we can compete at the best of our abilities!!
