Worse dealership out
Got this car from them they fixed the windshield that was broken when we got it but the seat belt still dings and there is still a light flashing about a light problem only had this car two months not to mention they won’t give my daughter the license plate knowing I got the car in my name for her and they won’t mail them. I’m sick of bad customer service and the run arounds they give wrong information then you drive out there and they have you waste your gas. These ppl a joke
My husband came and got a car last week Thursday 2015 Buick enslave on the first day the sign came on the car saying “idle engine transmission hot “ we took it back up to them 3 times and the mechanic looked at the car , test drove it and felt the transmission slip he just tops it with some oil and told him that they will have to swap transmission mind you he just got the car why is the transmission already going out now they are telling my husband that they are all booked up and they don’t know when they can get the car fix... read more
