$200+ Omakase in a Mini Food Hall—Without the Experience to Match We’d been looking forward to this, but left disappointed by a combination of poor logistics, setting, and execution. We were asked to arrive at 7:25 PM for a 7:30 seating. We did. Service didn’t begin until well after 8 PM. This experience was unbelievable; truly one-of-a-kind! The food of course was incredible, but the preparation, the presentation, the timing, the story, the whole experience was so cool. Youji and Oscar were so engaging, so professional, and are undoubtedly so passionate about their craft. It was so impressive to be apart of.
