Very disappointed in my experience. I met Ian in Colac, and his bedside manner was poor. He would not answer my questions. Stating he would answer them all on my last appointment, yet again did not. Dentures themselves were made well, but were not suitable for my mouth. I have had to move onto another dentist, who has been caring, answer all my questions straight away and changing my life completely.
The most genuine and down to earth dental and denture clinic. To Dr John Sear and Mr Ian Cockerell for putting me at ease and making the whole denture journey a positive experience, givIng me my smile back with a perfect set of dentures, and boosting my confidence and overall health, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
