Eventually after 6 hours and much headache the color of my hair did turn out well but the retwist was absolutely poor and could’ve been much better for what I was paying . But at first I did not get the color I asked for and I politely asked for it to be fixed but instead of staying professional she got mad and did not want to fix it saying it “looks good to her” and if she did fix it, it would be a extra $175 added to the $450 I already paid.
